My windshield was broken upon return of my vehicle and it was not when it was dropped off for service. And my bill included $600. In towing and unless you designate something else as towing this is a fraudulent charge. I have notified my insurance carrier of my concerns and I shall never recommend Monroe for anything. While pleasant to speak to the manager spent so much time talking about himself it took almost an hour to drop off my car. Young lady in the office was very pleasant. Technician was fine to talk to but I disagree with the issue of my window.

I would have been “wowed” if they would have gone a little above and beyond by buffing out some superficial markings on the side of my vehicle as a courtesy, but I can’t hold that against them in a rating. Just food for thought on reaching the next level of customer experience.
