It really depends on which service you’re asking about. I took my truck to the collision center that was done pretty efficient. I bought an insurance for the windshield when I bought the truck and I can’t seem to get the rock chips repaired

There is over spray in the bed and under the door and a paint chip was not repaired. When my husband picked the truck he was told is was not in the quote. When the truck was evaluated I did not realize it was not on the quote. I expressed I wanted all the damage repaired. Would not make sense to repair only part of the damage.
