Lizandro in the collision dept. was a definite 10. The work done was a 10 also. The fact I had to wait 7 weeks due to parts ordered was a definite 3.

Not happy. The body work on the front looks good but the mechanical work is poor. You sent the car home running poorly and the air conditioner doesn’t work and the passenger side rear door handle was completely broken and the door wouldn’t open. There is also a sticky film on the exterior door that won’t come off that wasn’t there before going to your shop. When we called to tell you, you said to change the spark plugs and all would be ok. Why would you send it home in that condition. We had to to take the door panel off to get the door open and have ordered a whole door assembly. I have been working as a insurance sale rep since 1972 and this was a sad experience.
