My truck had damage to right passenger rear quarter panel and bumper. Monument Chevrolet collision repair did a great job my truck looks like new when I got it back. The representative was a great help giving me updates weekly and also helped in extending my rental car as my truck was being repaired. When the truck was ready it had been detailed outside was clean tire shine was added and interior vacuumed clean. I received excellent customer service in the Repair Shop. Kim Turbeville is awesome! She kept me informed of the repairs, worked with my insurance company and kept my car safe (under cover) during the 2 storms (hail and hurricane). She was easy to reach and always very helpful. They did great with my car and I have no problem recommending Monument for bodywork.

Monument did a great job repairing the hail damage. The dents weren't deep or large in diameter, but the quality of their work speaks for itself. The staff whom I spoke with were friendly and professional, and Monument even washed my car before returning it to me. In my case, they finished the repairs ahead of the expected completion date, so that's a bonus.
