I cannot express enough the amazing service, but most importantly the quality of work I received from Monument Chevrolet Collision. From the minute I called to schedule an appointment to when I picked up my vehicle. What they did right: to schedule you get a real person who was extremely helpful at explaining the process and addressing my concerns. Upon arrival, the service rep reviewed the insurance estimate then went over the damage and any concerns I had. Secondly, they called the car rental place for me to have the car delivered. Finally, the workmanship was stellar. Every part was aligned perfectly. Additionally, the vehicle was detailed inside and out, looked like the day I bought it!
