Horrible service all around, took to long to contact me or follow up with me likr asked. Took more than a week to complete and only completed once my parents spoke up on my behalf. I felt like I being discriminated by my age. They tricked my insurance agency by telling him I signed a contract and had to have my car fixed there but once my mom asked for contract it all of sudden was just an authorization form for my car being there. I really felt as if the service advisor was purposely delaying the delivery of the vehicle towards the end because she was angry with me because I had questioned her on a few points of the repair
