As soon as I picked up my truck I immediately had to bring it back because I had a bad vibration in my steering wheel. It turned out that one of my wheels was loose. How in the world is that not checked before the vehicle is returned to the customer. I still have to bring it back to get them to reset my tire monitoring system. This will be the third time.

car has been in the shop going on two months and still not finished . On top of that they arent repairing two ac vent motors and the passenger rail seat motor cause they cant be proven to be damaged in the accident.
