This is the second vehicle that we brought to Monument Chevrolet for body work. Both times have been great. We have worked with David on both and he has kept us updated on a daily basis on the advancement of the work from beginning to end. Kim has also been a part of the communication and process. And of course the young lady at the front counter always kind and polite. I apologize for not getting her name. The staff at Monument Chevrolet Collision Repair has been wonderful to work with. They’re very courteous and helpful in all aspects from taking in the vehicle and ensuring we got our rental at their location and returning it. Kim and Shelby were awesome. Kim stayed late the night of my accident to take my car in, and she walked me through the entire process so that I wouldn’t feel anxious or confused. Shelby gave timely updates, and my vehicle was returned in better condition than before my accident. Will definitely use this facility for all future repairs.
