7 on oil change 10 + on body shop

Actually undecided. Had an oil change, never drove it off lot until Monday the 17th. Returned it at 7am on the 18 and we are told among the main reason we are returning that car has multiple oil leaks. How did that happen? And if the car already had them, why didn't they notify us?
