I am still owed a part that was part of the damage. Upon release of my vehicle i was told I would receive in a few days however a few days turned into 2 weeks and excuse after excuse and still no part that was promised.

I don't like excuses. The part that I am missing is a part of the accident that I was involved in. It should have been replaced but was not replaced and I give up asking for it. It's value is $100. I am very disappointed
