Received the call my vehicle was ready and that I could come in and pick it up. Arrived to pick up my vehicle and saw it was sitting outside already. Went over to inspect it before going inside the office. Immediately noticed large piece of chrome missing on the passenger side. Went in to the office and advised the service rep. We went out and inspected together. And he immediately agreed the large chrome piece was in fact missing. Not sure how my car could have ever been considered ready is this missing piece was easily and quickly noticeable. Would appear that there is some important work that needs to be done regarding quality assurance/control.

Repair was good, but the final invoice was more than twice than the adjusters estimate. Even though the insurance was paying, there was no communication about the increase.
