There is a huge scratch on my dash from a sander that wasn’t there before the fix.

My vehicle was placed there for almost three weeks with over 5 grand worth of repairs and my car isn’t fixed. The original reason for being repaired isn’t fixed my engine is still in engine power reduced my check engine lights still on and my windshield sprayers don’t work.
