They did not give me an update since 8/31. My car was supposed to be done 9/4 - they finally called on 9/11 around 4pm to see if I could get there by 5. When we arrived my car was in worse condition than when I dropped it off. The new paint was already scratched and peeling in multiple places. I left my car with them again to repair and again was worse when they finished. Paint chips, scuffed paint, incorrectly placed sensor, bubbles in the paint and the front bumper is now out of line. I’ve now had to go through my insurance company to get another body shop to fix the damage caused by MPact Collision.

They did a great job with the body work. I felt the pricing was very fair (even though insurance was paying: car vs deer). Even finished days ahead of the estimated time.
