I was never kept in the loop about the estimate of the work it was being done. Never was told how long it would take. When I called to check status I was told it was ready to be picked up. The job was not completed at 100% but I took my car because I didn’t want to deal with the arrogant individual that I had. Would never never use or recommend this place ever.

Based on the customer service aspect, I would highly recommend. However, based on the work I had done I’m a little unsure on the quality of work to expect.

Overall, everything seems to be clean and well done. However, I was a quite disappointed in the quality of one of the repairs made. The corner molding piece replaced moves around very easily. You can move it up and down and even pull it away from the truck itself. It does not seem like it was attached securely enough to prevent it from moving around.

We couldn’t be happier with the work this body shop did on our car. The car turned out amazing, and the entire process was faster than we expected. They kept us updated every step of the way, which gave us so much peace of mind. The quality of the repair, the communication, and the turnaround time were all excellent. We are extremely happy with the results and highly recommend them to anyone needing body work done!

These guys took care of a problem that I didn’t think anybody could. I have been battling an issue with my vehicle with a leak coming from the roof area. They explained it would not be a simple task because they had no visual exposure, but they explained the procedure and all the steps that they needed to take and how they will keep me up-to-date through the entire process and that they did very communicative and resolved the issue.

They took care of a bumper bruise I had. Someone hit me while parked. They were up front and honest told me that there could be more damages than what appeared. They disassembled the vehicle then provided detail photos for me to know what was going on along the entire process. Excellent collision repair shop. Highly recommend!

These guys are professionals. I don’t leave my Porsche just anywhere. The service from the moment you walk in to the quality finished. You would think this shop was ran by Porsche. Highly recommend to anyone looking for body and paint work. Houston’s best body shop.

Awesome experience. A stressful situation and the staff at MPB works made it a breeze. When I dropped my vehicle off I could tell I left it in good hands. Then when I saw my car back in great condition I was blown away the finish on the vehicle looked better than the factory!
