Calling a customer at 4:15 saying the car is ready and to be there by 5 is a bit much. Once on site the car was still being washed so I checked in my rental car and when I went to leave I was stopped because they forgot decals on the vehicle. On the drive home I found the new tire and wheel that was put on to be at 27 lbs which is almost 20 pounds below what it should be. While airing the tire I also found that one of the light fixtures was hanging loose banging off of the passenger side tire. M&S does nice work but this was definitely hurried compared to other work I have seen. Nothing major but could have been an issue and it was now past 6 o'clock and 6 miles away from your office. Small overlooked things like this could have caused much larger issues and luckily I caught it quick enough.
