Would be 10 if the car wasn’t dirty on the inside. Also would have appreciated a more accurate estimate on the time the car would be in the shop so I could plan accordingly. It was nice that it was done over a week earlier than expected, but I wouldn’t have put so much gas in my rental if I had known it would be done in 6 days vs the 2 to 2 1/2 weeks I was told.

Focus on quality and final result at a fair price. There may be less expensive shops, but M&S takes the extra steps to deliver quality result. Happy with end result !
