We noticed bubbles in the paint above the door and you can really tell the difference from the right and left side. Being that this is a new car, we need that corrected

Everyone communucated great and made the process easy. The only issue we have is with the paint and waiting for parts on back order. The paint is extremely important since we have to bring it back for ceramic coating. The paint needs fixed first as soon as possible since we have to wait 90 days for the ceramic coat afterwards. I need someone to call me asap to discuss.

Third time I’ve used their services. None of them my fault lol. They do excellent work. My CRV looks showroom new. It’s a 2019. I have a very rare paint color and they matched it up perfect. Will recommend if anyone I know needs work.

Most of the work looks really good. I did see one screw. It seemed to be barely catching the metal in the driver side wheel well. It’s hard for me to do a close examination because of my recent total knee replacement, but walking around it it looks pretty good. Thanks.

It was great to see my car back in presentable shape again. And although I used to do simple fixes when I was younger, body work has become a lot more complex. So I'm more than happy to leave it to the experts.

They went out of their way for me. I had been hospitalized just before I was to bring in the car for repair. And did not know how long. M&S told me they would keep the parts they had ordered, let them know and bring it in when I was out of hospital and ready. Which was a little over 2 weeks. In general, starting from when I first came for estimate, they were extremely helpful and clear about the repairs, process, and costs.

I waited 3 months for a part to come in. I wasn't notified when the part did not come in and was scheduled to drop off the vehicle. I was told the repair would take a week maybe a week and a half when I dropped off and it took about 4 weeks. I was told in the third week it would be done on Thursday. When I didn't hear anything I called the following Monday and was told probably midweek. When I got my vehicle back the repair was substandard with the fender panel very obviously misaligned causing paint wear to the bumper. I pointed this out and was told it would be repaired in a few months when the vehicle returns for the application of the ceramic coat. I have since discovered that auto-up feature of my drivers side window which was replaced no longer functions. I would not say it has been a great experience.

I had to return after picking up my car because it was making a noise. The tech spent hours trying to figure it out to which he finally succeeded. I appreciate the effort because I know a lot of places would have gave up. My only issue was the fragrance from a wax warmer was making me sick. Maybe get rid of those.
