Welcome to Mullan’s Collision! Although naturally we don’t like to see anyone get into an accident, we are glad that you’ve chosen us to help you! We’ve been a fixture in the ever-changing downtown community of Tacoma for more than 70 years, and we service over 100 vehicles a month. Mullan’s Collision is one of only two unionized collision-repair shops remaining in Pierce County, WA. The longevity of employees at Mullan’s is very high. We have long supported Bates Technical College and Clover Park Technical College here in Tacoma. We belong to the Automotive Service Association, and are active in community affairs. We’ve been here a long time and service our customers well through word-of-mouth marketing. We pride ourselves on producing the highest-quality work at competitive prices. The customer service was extraordinarily great. They were quick to respond and follow up with calls. Everyone I dealt with there was friendly and helpful.They made everything extremely easy after an unfortunate incident where someone rear ended my car and fled the scene. The process of inspecting my car was quick because they took photos, and they got the estimate to my insurer shortly after. The repair only took a couple of days and was flawless. Would definitely recommend Mullan’s Collision to others.

Working with Mullan's was a great and easy experience. Bob and David were so helpful in helping me navigate the best plan of action to fix my cars damage. Last, but not least the work they did on my car looked great! If I need an auto repair again (hopefully not anytime soon) I will definitely be brining my car to Mullan's. I had an incredible experience with Mullan’s! My car was side swiped and needed to be repaired. It was a random body shop to me so I expected they’d get the work done (which they did incredibly well) and that’s it. But their customer service is genuine and a cut above. Bob took my call, took care of me the entire time and communicated quickly and kindly, he also gave me a tip that saved me $200 on my deductible. It feels like management and ownership take care of their team, so their team takes care of us, and we can feel it. There were baked goods from the owner’s wife. One of the gentleman in the office came out just to see if I was cold and if I wanted the door shut. I don’t usually leave reviews but they left an impression. My car was done 3 days later and looked brand new. Thank you to all of you!
