Welcome to Mullan’s Collision! Although naturally we don’t like to see anyone get into an accident, we are glad that you’ve chosen us to help you! We’ve been a fixture in the ever-changing downtown community of Tacoma for more than 70 years, and we service over 100 vehicles a month. Mullan’s Collision is one of only two unionized collision-repair shops remaining in Pierce County, WA. The longevity of employees at Mullan’s is very high. We have long supported Bates Technical College and Clover Park Technical College here in Tacoma. We belong to the Automotive Service Association, and are active in community affairs. We’ve been here a long time and service our customers well through word-of-mouth marketing. We pride ourselves on producing the highest-quality work at competitive prices. My experience was amazing from start to finish. During my initial consultation call, Bob first asked if everybody involved in the accident was ok. I appreciated that. I got quote from two other shops and Mullan’s was the most affordable by a long shot. The repairs made my 10 year old car look brand new again. Plus they washed, vacuumed, and dusted my car. Very nice people and excellent customer service. While I hope I don’t ever need repairs in the future, I will be going back to Mullan’s if needed.

They did a excellent job painting my car and blending in the replacement door with the rest of my car. They put all the electronics from my original door into the replacement door and everything works well.

The process was quick. Beans was a great communicator and easy to work with. Added bonus to have the convenience of enterprise picking up from location and taking me to get rental car, and on flip side, being able to leave the car at the shop to get picked up.

I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to friends and family. They are great. Professional, friendly staff. They do great work and deliver it on time as well. It's my hope I will not need them again but if there is a need for collision work in my family Mullan's will be my first choice.

I would definitely recommend stating Mulla provided very good quality work, but with added comment that, depending on the level of damage, service can take several weeks to complete.
