Welcome to Mullan’s Collision! Although naturally we don’t like to see anyone get into an accident, we are glad that you’ve chosen us to help you! We’ve been a fixture in the ever-changing downtown community of Tacoma for more than 70 years, and we service over 100 vehicles a month. Mullan’s Collision is one of only two unionized collision-repair shops remaining in Pierce County, WA. The longevity of employees at Mullan’s is very high. We have long supported Bates Technical College and Clover Park Technical College here in Tacoma. We belong to the Automotive Service Association, and are active in community affairs. We’ve been here a long time and service our customers well through word-of-mouth marketing. We pride ourselves on producing the highest-quality work at competitive prices. Bob was very attentive and assisted in reaching out to the insurance and moving things faster than I could have. The repair was done very well and quickly not to forget mentioning how he, also, made it easy on returning the rental car. My goodness! Mullan’s deserves a medal.

Bob and crew were outstanding. He was very patient with me and all of my questions. He answered every single one of them with a great attitude and helped me understand each step of the repairing process. He even communicated with the insurance company for me so I could have a peace of mind. This is the shop to go to if you need anything done.

Super happy of the work that got done to our 2020 f350. We had a small collision on the rear right fender, without hesitation they took us in and made it look like new, perfect paint match, excellent skid guard on the body side of fender, if we have an issue again, we would definitely go back!! Customer service was excellent! Received a call before I was even thinking about calling them, A++
