I can’t say enough good things about my experience with M&V! Tom communicated with me daily to let me know the progress of my car repair. I feel like they bent over backwards to get all the right parts and do a great job. I feel that they are honest and straightforward and try to do the best for their customers. Good interaction and service. It was a good experience but the car has been running much less smoothly ever since we got it back from the shop. It suddenly gives the feeling as if it was overdue for an oil change which it is not.
