I have unfortunately needed a few car repairs, after a two accidents and hail damage. Every single time these unfortunate event happens, I only take my car to MV Auto. The owner and his employees are so kind! Even the shop’s cat gives you a HUGE WELCOME! I brought my car in for hail damage. Tom walked me through the whole process, what was going to happen to my car each day, what to say to insurance, he sent me the # for a car rental and just made me feel confident in the entire process. On top of that, I called Tom last minute asking if he knew anyone that could detail my car. While my car sat there for 1 day, waiting for a small part to be delivered in the AM. He made some calls for me and made it happen, with no added days. Hopefully I won’t need to see MV AUTO again, but if I do, I know I will be taken care of.

The work was done on time and the results were excellent. Difficult bodywork made the dents disappear and paint blending/finishing looked really good. The car looks like-new in the repair area.

This is the second time I have had work done at M&V and I am completely satisfied. His craftsmanship on matching the paint is perfect. I especially was impressed on the daily updates on the progress of the reapair. Do not shop around if you need body work done M & V does the job right the first time.
