It was a wonderful experience. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They communicated often to keep me informed of the repair schedule . They repaired my car within a week when other body shops told me it would take months .

My only issue was that the hose to my windshield washer was not hooked up so I discovered I had no washer fluid!

Fabulous customer service. Very communicative and went out of their way to be accommodating! Volunteered to take my car to Volvo to have the new windshield calibrated and have 2 other issues repaired and then brought it back to their shop. They also let me leave my rental car with them where it was picked up by Enterprise. Went above and beyond the call of duty. Not to mention they have shop cats and dogs (I think they run the show)! They agreed to fix my vehicle right away! I live in Tinley Park, Il. where none of the local body shops could take my car in after an accident for a couple of months and they could squeeze me in in a week. I highly recommend them! Such nice people. Leslie Rehacek
