The communication was great. Exterior repairs appear perfect. But they did not pay attention to damage inside where the tailgate damage occurred. The interior sill/scuff panel is broken and displaced buy the collision ( I’ve ordered myself a replacement). But I doubt it will correct the fitment. Also there is an annoying rattle somewhere right rear, maybe in the rear door or the boot side panel. Something is broken.

They were so professional and kind courtesy and so helpful let me know what was going on the whole time great communication called to Check if I needed help with the car rental place I give them 10+ beyond they were awesome and the work was so clean and beautiful. I got my car back. It looked brand new. I would recommend them over and over again. I am a totally happy satisfied customer.

The whole staff was so courteous kind so helpful very well mannered and once again let me know everything that was going on the whole way while my car was being fixed to when it could be picked up very great communication. The staff was amazing. They called. Let me know what was going on with the car how long it would take to be fixed even help me with the enterprise Rent-A-Car. I am a total happy customer total satisfaction. They are amazing staff and owner.

They were amazing! Nick is a really outgoing guy that is really willing to help. Got me in the day after I hit a deer and had my front end fixed in about 6 days. Seems like they have a good team there. Oh and my truck is as good as new!

Awesome from drop off to pick up and in between!! Nick was informative and honest about the process and the pricing. Worked great with our insurance provider also! Storm damage to my truck of over $10k and you would never know it! Very good PDR guy! Taking our second vehicle to them.👏👏👍
