Outside looks good, Inside- The whole back door latch to my wife’s SUV, which is Power actuated. Every single bolt was loose by a finger and one bolt was halfway out. My wife tried to open the rear hatch/door at the grocery store and it wouldn’t open at first because of this. Not knowing she put herself at risk and opened up the back. The loose bolts made the door shift being that National auto body did nothing but finger tightened the bolts! There is gray dust all over the inside of my wife’s vehicle that has it very expensive leather and the dust is everywhere their fingerprints and dust all over the headliner, and the caps on the sides for the beam pullers were open, the vehicle was left dirty and we are extremely disappointed and will be in touch with Amica. This is a major safety hazard!

Very satisfied with the repairs and care given to my vehicle. Also blown away by your customer service! Jose went above and beyond. He explained the repairs, worked we me to find discounts, and accommodated a late pickup due to a move. He deserves a bonus and and a raise!
