I would have just appreciated ownership in a mistake they made. I’m glad they were able to rectify it. Had a rental that I had to return on a specific date and they said they would have it returned but still the rental place asked if I had it still—days after I had already returned it. Maybe they’re backed up maybe they’re super busy, but again, promise made should be promise kept.

I find them extremely expensive for repairs. What was billed was not very reasonable and if it wasnt for insurance , i would not of chose them.

I was treated very kindly and they even went above and beyond by looking for an item that I may have lost in the car and called me the next day to inform me they could not find it so they did not have to do that so that was very very awesome
