repair quality is good. paint job matches original color. But the overall service can be more careful. Left a nail in my tire, and had me to spend my own time to take that to a shop

I was fortunate to have Yvette as my go-to person. She offered some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Thoughtful, caring, and knowledgeable. And Amy, the manager, could not have been nicer about a situation I am not entirely sure was the fault of National. She had me bring my car back in, took a look at the problem and had it corrected in less than 5 minutes. And she did not charge me anything additional. I will absolutely use National again if my car needs future body work!
