It wasn't ready the first day so we had to use the shop vehicle... then the when our rental vehicle was ready to pick up we had to make another trip to pick up a vehicle with cracked upholstery that smelled inside. We had to stop to get an air freshener on the way home. We weren't happy with our rental which you talked us into cause you said it would save us money. We weren't paying for it so I think we should have stayed with Enterprise and gotten a new vehicle to drive."
