It took over a month to get my car back and My car isn't completely repaired. There is definitely something wrong with the engine transmission ect. I don't even think it was taken for a test drive or you would've noticed it doesn't want to shift in gear then when it does it makes a loud noise. It takes off slow then lags then goes super fast without me pressing on the gas pedal. I called and couldn't get an appointment for a week later and you want to keep my only car overnight. I was already out of this car for over a month for you to not fix it properly.

Nelsons was fantastic! They were very communicative, always informing me of updates and any changes (there wasnt any). They made sure to send reminders about my appointments, and called when things were ready. Overall a great experience, the body work they did on my car looks fantastic. Would absolutely go back to Nelsons in the event I need more work done in the future!
