Their staff was professional, and pleasant. The work was completed on time, and thoroughly. I was actually surprised when we picked the car up. I hadn't expected it to have been cleaned, but it was, and better that when done at a carwash. I would absolutely recommend Nelson's. I just hope I, personally, have no further need for autobody repair.
