This was my first time having this type of repair work done, and they were very patient with any questions or concerns I had. The repair was completed quickly, and the team went above and beyond in both the body work and in communication. The car came back with extreme scratches across the hood and and roof that weren’t there when the car was picked up from my house… and I have pictures to prove it .. so no I am not happy

I believe this last last time in dealing with Nelson’s was not up to par.. the communication was basically absent even though I called with concerns and needed explanations.. the update texts came in but the actual communication was not there. I needed help to understand the process. I felt like an insignificant person. They didn’t care enough to explain things to me at all or tell me when my insurance denied part of the claim…

Frustrated that orginal bid was quote lower then what I paid. I went to to other shops and they gave bids around 10k which is what mine ended up being so that tells me either they were more through or you purposely set bid low
