Well, I was a little disappointed because when I drop my car off the employee that did the walk around vehicle inspection told me that part of the total amount that was being paid by my insurance would be the door was getting fixed because the door was part of what I hit in the accident and when I pick my car up The only thing that we're done was the headlight, the bumper, and mirror.. and the person who did the walk run inspection picking up they had no clue what I was talking about. Also, I didn't even notice any problem with my headlight but I guess they said that there was something wrong with it and that was the most expensive part that had to be replaced $1400 and it's supposed to come with a lamp washer and I've tried to use it and it doesn't even work🤷🏼♀️ not too big of a deal i guess would have rather had the door fixed but other then those things every thing is great.

I have dealt Nelson Auto Body on two occasions. One was when my catalitic converter was stolen off my truck. I was sent to them and they had it replaced in last than a day. The other occasion was recent when we had damage to the rear bumper of our car. They quoted 10 days and it was replaced in 4 days. They were very polite and professional each time we came in. I would highly recommend them for any repairs.
