Repairs were done very well. My repair took a lot of labor and they had to take the bed off my truck as part of it. They kept track of all of the details, my reverse camera was reconnected, my alignment was still correct and the repairs look amazing. The mechanic also called me regularly with updates. It took a week longer than expected, but that was not Nelson's fault, the supplier sent then the wrong part and the mechanic promptly called me with an update. The work is also guaranteed. 100% I would recommend them to anyone.

I did not know or even expect for Nelson's to clean the inside of my pickup. That was not their job. However, I now love my pickup again because of them. They went way above what I ever expected. Anyone to do. I intend to reward them with goodies that I am currently making. They are amazing people. I know for me I will have my repairs done with Nelson's Auto body.

Great service. They were amazing working with me and the insurance company. The rental car assigned to provide a rental while my car was in the shop didn’t have a vehicle available for me for many weeks and Nelson’s was willing to work with me still.
