The bumper was replaced and painted. They tried to deliver my vehicle with the bumper not properly mounted. A 1/8 gap between the bumper and the quarter panel was not acceptable. The rep argued that it was normal until I insisted that it was not and showed him the difference on my rental Tesla. He stopped arguing and drove my car back into the building. We waited about fifteen minutes for them to make adjustments and deliver my vehicle looking like it should. I’m hoping the adjustments were made properly and hope not to have issues with the repairs.
