After we got our car back from the shop. My vehicle battery die 3 times. One time roadside assistance service at midnight with 3 hours waiting. We have to call family members to come pick us up. My vehicle engine light just turned on couple days ago. Need to bring in for more diagnosis. Very bad experience.

The repair of the vehicle was fine. The issues I have are the amount of time it took and was not properly communicated, as well as the condition of the vehicle and items in the car when returned. The driver side door handle was completely black and a (brand new) white hat that was located in the trunk was covered in black smudges from the technicians who handled the items with dirty hands and didn't bother cleaning the door or washing their hands.

Jay was great! He communicated throughout the repair process with myself and my insurance company. After repairs were completed there was a rattling noise at the rear end of my car and they investigated and repaired it quickly.

I had a caution light go on about brakes in my car two days ago and took the car back to New Century LA. They added brake fluid and said if it happens again to take it back to service in Alhambra. Not sure all’s well.
