Eddie Wong is an outstanding service advisor. I had called him to give him a heads up about my car having been in a collision & being at the BMW Collision Center. He said he would oversee its final check & he notified me when it arrived & when it was being returned to the Collision Center—as promised.

If you are paying urself. Run away. Charges master mechanic rates when all they do is replace instead of repair. Don't need a master mechanic for that.

Everything including parts that were undamaged were replaced. Turned a fender bender into a complete front end replacement.

I dropped off vehicle with a cable lock installed for a car safe. When I picked up car, it was missing. Nobody claimed to know what happened. Cable lock was seen in pictures. Cable lock was installed and it could not have fallen out. Obviously stolen. Not returning to this service center.
