I would give this a 10 except for some political conversation I heard amongst employees in favor of ICE raids and desire to use a water cannon on protestors. Given that conversation, I was disturbed when I heard the same man ask where Jay was from and pressing further on Jay's family's background. I was furious on Jay's behalf that he was in a position where he was being asked for private information in a workspace, especially after talk of immigrant detention minutes before.

Initially when I went in Jorge was very accommodating. He explained that the parts would take a few weeks from Tesla to arrive. Since my car was drivable, we agreed that when the parts came in I would drop off the car for repairs. I waited three weeks and didnāt hear back from him. I contacted him and he said the parts were not ordered and handed me off to Carlos. At this point I was upset that parts werenāt ordered and communication was terrible. At this point I considered taking my car to another shop. But after speaking with Carlos he assured me he would prioritize my repairs. He did an excellent job of communicating what was happening at each step and quickly finished the work in a timely manner. The quality of work is very good and overall Iām happy with the results.
