I had a great experience working with Carlos Holguin at New Century BMW’s collision center. Carlos kept me updated every step of the way and actually got my Tesla back to me sooner than expected, which was a huge relief. New Century BMW Collision Center While driving to work on the 210 Freeway, a rock was kicked up and hit my windshield – leaving a chip and crack in the windshield glass. I went to AAA insurance and they were insisting that an after-market windshield be installed by Safelite. I was requesting that a genuine BMW replacement windshield be installed. Both George, the manager at New Century BMW Collision Center, and Jorge, the service writer, were instrumental in gaining approval from AAA insurance to install a genuine BMW windshield. Not only did they successfully handle the negotiations with AAA, they had the windshield installed and my vehicle back on the road within two days. I highly recommend New Century BMW Collision Center to all BMW owners.

Trunk upper panel was not fully snapped into place which my advisor had to call out the tech to snap back into place. Easy fix but my insurance isn’t paying for half done work. My rear bumper also wasn’t fully put back into place which I ended up doing myself. Inside Rear taillights weren’t replaced with my stock taillights…only the outer rear tails.
