La persona que me atendió no me dio la información de orarías de trabajo y días que sierran y que si se marcarme para recoger mi carro y ver quien me lo podría entregar y en cambio nunca me marcó y todavía descansaron el lunes y no me lo notificó y tuve que esperar 3 días más y si yo no le hablo el no me habla es una persona in responsable si que da de avisar y nunca lo hace y me dijo que tenía otras prioridades y yo si le reclame y cuando fui a recoger mi vehículo se portó muy grosero con migo

Thank you for the extraordinary service, above, and beyond extra miles. Please let your team/crew know as well how much I appreciate the work, repair and the perfect “clean”. I truly appreciate that my Tesla is super clean now, as I am getting the car ready for my daughter’s Wedding Day in two weeks. Carlos Holguin is very nice, very friendly, responded very fast to my questions/concerns with care, detailed explanation and assurance through the insurance company as well. Carlos also charged my car battery which I did not expect that, he would think of all the concerns far ahead. He cares for his customer. I was very surprised by the final extraordinary service and I should recognize this very fine, very detailed and outstanding care and quality of service from him. Carlos Holquin deserves outstanding recognition with 10 Stars!!!
