As we all know when it comes to Los Angeles an accident is beyond to happen; which is why I would personally recommend this repair shop to fix any and all damages. This shop was persistent, professional, and most importantly understood the delicate harmony that is German engineering.

Mr.Jay was a joy to meet and work alongside with. Extremely professional and knowledgeable about BMW’s. Mr. Jay was also very transparent with everything that was done to my car. BMW’s are incredibly hard to work on; it is because of that reason that I get nervous every time someone does any type of work on my car. Mr. Jay however kept me updated, showed me exactly what he did. Which made me feel a lot more at ease.

My experience at New Century BMW was nothing short of extremely professional. I was assisted by William Dominguez and he kept me updated and answered all my questions and was always willing to help. Upon delivery, William went above and beyond to further improve my experience with New Century BMW. Although I hope I never have to come back due to a collision, but if that were the case I wouldn’t like to go anywhere else but here. The outcome was a collision and I dare say it was delivered to me in a better condition than when I had it. The team is fantastic. I’m very pleased with my experience. The delivery was fantastic and the work was very professional. I have no complaints and the vehicle was restored to its original specification. The team did a fantastic work. William Dominguez, my advisor, treated me with respect and kept me up to date. Hopefully I never return due to a collision, but if so this is where I would come back without hesitation.
