I am upset the estimate sent to me was very wrong. The final price was double and I now in deep debt. I have never paid that much for repairs ever and I am super uncomfortable with they way I was treated by not only Liberty Mutual who never returned my calls but by the shop. I understand being off by a couple hundred but 1100 more is just wrong. I was never warned or told about the new price and would have never had the work done. Absolutely not ok.
