They fixed my car and gave it to me after 5 days it started to a weird noise I have to sent the car back to the shop now I’m waiting on them to fix it

My plastic grill has a fracture that was not there before repair. The 3 inch broken section is loose. My driver door now makes a sound when opening that I videoed. I did not check the grill as I was talking to the owner and the drivers door was open when I picked it up. I called immediately when I parked and noticed these at my daughters afterschool. I need to get these resolved before I can endorse the service of the auto body shop. The secretary asked me to drop the van off Monday.

I am practical. The headlights work and the bonus is the driver door doesn't squeak. The repair for that front headlight area piece is well done. I can't tell any work was done.

Folks were awesome. The squeaky driver door got WD40 love after I mentioned it. I figure that occurred because our van got amazingly cleaned up after repair. <3 Folks at the shop went and made my year with cleaning it inside and out. My husband reluctantly explained about the grill piece and it turns out he was the source, and I never noticed. (Oop) We are very happy with the repairs on the van. Thank you all for your help in repairing it. We are very grateful.

New craft was absolutely amazing! When I picked up my Jeep it looked brand new like the day I got it. I was really impressed with how they treated my Jeep and treated it like it was their own. They were very respectful and kept me informed the whole time. Will definitely use again and will definitely recommend.
