I like how New Craft believes that their work has to be done right. Adriano takes pride in the work that is done by his business and it shows. He also cares greatly about his customers and that will instill loyalty. He is a decent man and I'm glad I used New Craft.

New Craft collision was great to work with. Adriano is very proud of the work that his shop does and have said that everything needs to be done right. There was one minor issue to fix and he gladly took care of it in no time. It's the customer service that is most important and New Craft totally delivered on great customer service.

The attention to detail. Pointing out things that were damaged from the accident that I wasn’t even aware of. Good communication throughout the process. Easy to get in contact with. Overall good shop.

They did great job on the reparation they made it almost NEW. I'm really disappointed because they gave me the car DIRTY with DUST from their work. I've never seen my car DIRTY. I had to spend hours cleaning it
