The shop and manager were very helpful and did was appears to be a very good job. My Jeep looks as good or better. It's a shame all didn't go as well as the paint and repair work. The two claims were a total debacle, only the repairs appear to be without cause for concern. The rental and wait time for needless investigations were cause for me to drive my vehicle far longer then I should have. The completed work is quite good in appearance.

The team at New Craft Collision was exceptional! They took great care of me and had my Jeep repaired incredibly fast. Adriano and Gabriella were very helpful and professional and kept in contact with me from start to finish keeping me informed. I will be bringing my Jeep back in the future and telling my friends to do the same! Highly recommend!!

New Craft Collision is the best, will be recommending them to everyone! The team is super professional and very courteous; they kept me updated through the whole process. Once the part was in my Jeep was fixed immediately! I will be taking my Jeep here for future repairs!

Everyone was extremely helpful and accommodating. They were able to answer all questions and concerns. Even with parts being delayed, they were helpful and offered multiple solutions while working with my insurance.
