New Craft Collision was very responsive and always answered my phone calls. They also kept me in the loop with the status of my car so I always had a good idea when it'd be ready for me to pickup. They even buffed my headlights because they were all cloudy from age; now they're crystal clear. They're a very good shop to bring your car to for repairs.

The job itself was done wonderfully, my car looks great. Their communication was terrible. I needed to call to get updates on my car, they would tell me it would be done one day, I wouldn't hear from them, would need to call, and sometimes I wouldn't get a call back.
