I've been dealing with Newark Toyota for 15 plus years and this was the worst costumer service I've ever received. 37 days without our vehicle and we received one email that was initiated by the shop. When we were finally told, via email, we could expect our vehicle to be ready by Wednesday 9/2 we never received a phone call, as promised, to notify us. Again, we initiated the call and were told it wouldn't be ready until the following day. Unacceptable.

The broken pieces of my car were left in the trunk... Including shape edge pieces of broken glass/plastic, broken bumper, replaced wire and etc. Can you imagine how I feel when opened the trunk and saw those trash.
