After a fender-bender, I brought it to Newman Chevrolet and immediately felt in good hands with Jeff. He meticulously inspected my Honda Pilot, took notes, and reviewed the process, the estimate, the timeline with me. Jeff kept me informed on the status of my vehicle and called me as soon as it was ready for pickup, what I owed, when I could pick it up. When I arrived for pickup, he walked me over to the Service desk while I paid and walked me back to the collision center to pickup my Pilot - which looked amazing. I was extremely happy with the service and quality. I would definitely use Newman Chevrolet for repair of my vehicles.

The service was fantastic. The whole process through AmFam insurance was super quick and easy. The finished product was great. But I did need to contact you all anyway because shortly after I got the car back the engine light went on and it is not due for an oil change yet so I know that is not the issue. I was wondering if it could be due to an internal damage from the accident. I don’t know if the car was looked at internally since the only repairs done were cosmetic. I spoke to our insurance and they said I need to reach out to you guys and have you look at it again.
