Nice and easy is by far the best body shop I’ve ever been to. The service is outstanding, and they make me feel like I am valued. Alex and Junior are my two favorites, they both go above and beyond to make sure that my worries are erased. I really appreciate how quickly you guys get the cars fixed and how transparent you are. I called so much and they are never rude to me. By far one of my favorite body shops it’s not the best in the city!!

A few issues were left undone. Some wiring wasn't reconnected and the charging port is missing a plate that covered the bolts and protected it from moisture. My husband needs to bring his car in to have it reinstalled.

To much problems to list, but a few is your office is not clean, car dirty when we got it back, but reflects your office, so to be fair this may be normal.

Alex was awesome, helped me through every step of the process, always available and updating me on my car condition. When I picked up my car, one screen was not working and one gentleman said “if we only replaced the front bumper, that screen has nothing to do with it, so it must’ve been like that when you brought it.” I then explained that screen shows the mileage of the car, which sure enough, he had a picture of when I first dropped it off. He then proceeded to help me fix it.
