As soon as the car was picked up, the car started overheating. Took it back to the collision center and is back in repair after 1 month being in the center.

Alignment is still not straight. Car pulls to the right. Something under the car that sounds like metal is rattling when driving at slow speeds. Front passenger mudflap was reinstalled missing a bolt and causes it to rub against the tire and makes noise when reversing out of a location.

Repair was good but customer service from Junior was horrible.

Only good customer service was the man who waited for me to get there after closing to pick up my car. I forget his name but it was not junior.

It's not an easy task sourcing parts for custom or classic vehicles but they did their due diligence to make sure I was taken care of. I really appreciate that.

They went above and beyond to repair my vehicle. Junior was very transparent during the entire process and he followed up with me throughout the time my car was there.

The communication was not very clear. I called to check the status multiple times and was told that someone would call me back and they never did. The date that I was told or car would be ready kept getting pushed back.

Once I was able to speak with someone, they were very polite, except the one time I called and was left on hold for 20 minutes. I finally hung up and called back to speak with Stonebridge someone else.

My experience with the work itself was a 10. The reason for the 9 is because of the time I had to wait to get my car back . Althoe it took a long time to have my car back I am very happy that my car is fixed & it looks brand new!!! The results are mind boggling! No complaints on the work because it speaks for itself . I wouldn’t mind having to wait again & i would choose them again if i was under the same circumstances. I also understand that the parts are on backorder & they have no control over that.

It concerns me that my car was driven the 200+ miles. When I called to express my concern I was told the intake mileage had been recorded on the wrong day. Although this explanation could explain the discrepancy with the mileage, it doesn’t explain the missing half a tank of gas.

The repairs look great. It’s not a 10 because my car was driven 200+ miles while it was in the shop. I came to this conclusion calculating the intake and last day mileage and noting the missing gas. When I left it it had half a tank of gas and it was returned to me on empty.

Repairs took a long time. Not sure how much current problems securing parts in the US is responsible for that. I am happy with the repairs made.

I would have appreciated a more proactive approach to status reports. Of course it’s a trade off having someone sending texts and emails or working on repairs.

Well due to no fault of the shops, there was a delay multiple times for my car to be finished. I was not let know that there was more suspension work to be done. March 18th when it was supposed to be done got pushed back due to waiting on parts. So now I have my vehicle and since it’s a unibody make for cars, having front end damage forever changes the frame of car and makes my cars hull integrity compromised. So I do appreciate the service you guys did. However I think looking at that type of damage, my insurance should not have tried to fix the car and just totaled it out for me to purchase another. The main reason for the lower score was that I got my car back it did not drive the same way it did before the accident. I asked your shop why and was told that my rotors were probably bad and that to make my car stop shaking on deceleration and also a loud revolution noise on the right side of car to stop, I would need to go pay more money at some shop and hopefully if it was from damage in accident insurance would pay. Personally I feel like you guys would have been able to let me know about how my car would feel afterwards as opposed to me thinking my vehicle would run as smoothly as before the hit and run accident.
