Repair took way longer than expected and even when car was returned there were minor underlying issues with the car. Trim panels not installed correctly and parking sensors not working or calibrated correctly.

Alex did a great job up until I picked up the truck. When I was getting ready to leave I noticed I was missing inside the truck some plastic covers. When I brought it up he became very defensive and said there’s no way that the shop had done that. He even spoke to his manager and assured me it was something they did because they didn’t even work on that side. Alex didn’t bother asking around he just assumed I dropped off the truck like that. Not only was the plastic covers missing from the handle the mirror on the same side wasn’t working. Turns out their repair guys didn’t hook up the mirror and he had the plastic covers that he forgot to put back. I didn’t receive and apology or anything and not looking for anything in returned.
